Hi guys! I'm back! Sorry it has been so long. Mommy really has me busy with all kinds of neat things these days. Of course I still have my super model gig. But most days around here are pretty normal. Really there is not much to tell but between rolling over, eating my toes, teething and learning to make new noises my days are pretty full. Since this was a holiday weekend I had some special visitors which was really fun. I got to see my grandparents! They love to cary me around and make funny faces and noises. I like them a lot.

I also recently got to try two new things, one was called and orange. At first I wasn't sure about this orange thing, then I licked it a few more times and decided, HEY, that's pretty tasty! I also got to try Chinese broccoli which I really liked a lot as well. Mommy says that after I go to the pediatrician next time I may be able to try more foods! Yay!!! She says I am growing up so fast that she can hardly believe it!

Well everyone, I'm off to take another nap! Life is good! TTFN!

20/20

Ok so maybe my vision isn't exactly perfect yet, but it is getting pretty good! Since I am a big girl now, at a month old, I have decided it is time to step up my game a little. The day before yesterday I decided I would stare intently at the dragon fly that hangs from my bouncy chair. I love that chair!  I have also discovered that it is fun to watch daddy repeatedly walk back and forth in front of me like a crab! =) He is such a funny guy, always acting so silly!

I have also found that contrary to my previous beliefs, having a diaper change can be quite the pleasant experience. I have therefore ceased all diva tantrums in regards to this area. I now quite enjoy having my diaper changed and being a naked girl! lol! I think its so fun, I have a smile for mommy now when she changes my onesie! Good times.

Getting my feedings right is still a challenge however, most formulas do not agree with my sensitive little tummy and Mommy and Daddy are trying every combination to find one that I can keep down. I hope they find a good one soon!

Well, since I have been awake all day, I guess it's time to go take a nap. Mommy deserves a break.
Love, Zo-Zo.

A day in the Life of a Super Model Baby

So, of course my mommy says I'm the most beautiful baby ever. I guess it must be true because everyone wants to take my picture all of the time. I have also been booked for a few photo shoots already. I guess when you have what it takes the work just comes to you.
Last night we had some pretty sweet props for the shoot, the fluffy white rug was my favorite. There was also this really cute green and white striped hat... but I hate hats so I decided that I was just not going to have that, and in true drama queen fashion I told those people with the cameras exactly what I thought about it. Let me tell you the hat came off pretty quickly.

Although it may seem like a glamourous life, all these photo shoots and diva tantrums. The truth is my life is pretty simple most days. I like to have a few bottles, and I get a lot of beauty sleep. Mommy is happy that I am sleeping more at night and less during the day now. When I am awake during the day, we do all sorts of fun things, like sing and dance around the living room. My favorite song is Little Bird. My mommy likes to sing that song to me because it makes me smile. I also like to hang out in my bouncy seat while mommy eats lunch, watches a little t.v. or reads me a story. Yesterday we read "Peek a Who". That's a funny one.

Well, as you can see my days are pretty busy, so I guess I better be going. Hugs and Kisses. Zo-Zo

The Beginning

My name is Zoey. You can call me Zo-Zo if you are so inclined, but just plain Zoey is fine too. I was born on April 26th at 6:18 in the evening, I weighed 9 pounds and 2 ounces. My mom says I am pretty much the prettiest baby she has ever seen, although I think she may be a bit biased. I am Tiwanese and American with lots of wavy black hair and brown eyes that look like liquid titanium in the sunlight.

The first few days after I came into this world were a little rough. I didn't really like the food Mommy was trying to give me, and strange people kept poking me and changing my diaper all the time. I'm not sure why they like to change me so much but it makes me angry! Anyways, Mommy decided that if I didn't eat I was going to waste away to nothing so I started getting bottles, which I like much better. I am a really happy baby now, especially when Mommy reads Dr. Seus to me and sings lullabys. Things I really like are my bouncy chair, sleeping, pooping and being held by Mommy. I also think Daddy is a pretty funny guy. We like to play "hide the baby" and thats pretty fun. Tomorrow I will tell you all about my days at home. Until then. Love, Zoey
